Since 2014, Mikael Geday has served as Group CFO at Grundfos. He brings extensive experience in finance, management, and M&A, along with solid expertise from some of Denmark’s largest and most innovative companies.

Throughout his career, Mikael Geday has worked with several internationally oriented companies, including Rockwool and Ørsted, where he has held senior roles in finance and strategy. His deep understanding of global markets and financial management is expected to positively contribute to DLG's future development.
Mikael was raised in Aarhus, where he currently resides. He holds a law degree and a Ph.D. in law from Aarhus University. In 1997, he earned an MBA from the French business school INSEAD.
In addition to his board position at DLG, Mikael Geday is also Vice Chairman at Kredsløb, a utility company in Aarhus.
